Horrible…ordered a range finder that…

Horrible…ordered a range finder that was listed in stock. I wouldn’t have orders it if it wasn’t. They billed me quickly so I had good hopes. Then nothing…no word. I waited a few days and no word. Called and couldn’t get ahold of customer service for two days. Finally called sales and got a very abrupt answer. “It was out of stock when u ordered it…u should have seen the red banner. No idea when we’ll get them back in.” I only ordered it because it said in stock. Immediately canceled the order and now have to wait for a refund. Thanks guys…first and last time i’m gonna order from u. It’s about the same as dealing with eBay flailers. My advice….RUN!

Did they sell me a used firearm?

I bought a p320. The pistol was filthy. It had carbon buildup in the FCU.
This was my second, the first an X5 and the FCU was clean.
I don’t know why but not buying from EuroOptic again. It feels like they sold me a used firearm, not happy at all.

Horrible company

Horrible company, bought a scope online, on the day of delivery I get an email saying that my order is canceled due to a pricing error

Disappointed

I was looking for a great deal on a rifle scope and found one on their site. I went ahead and bought it with my credit card. A few moment later, I've received an email stating that my payment failed and needed me to contact them through phone. I called them and only find that they declined my payment due to an suspicious fraud alert in their system. My credit card is totally legit and only get treated as a criminal by them by insisting that I pay through bank wire but I don't have enough money in my bank at the moment. I even offered them to verify my identity but they refused. Definitely a bad shopping experience.

These guys are top notch

These guys are top notch! I have purchased several products from them and will continue to do so. Their customer service is excellent and turnaround time is very fast! Very happy customer here.

Setting the benchmark for service.

I ordered a rifle at 2:29 pm yesterday, got an email confirmation in seconds requesting my FFL's info, I forwarded that email to the FFL, he confirmed he got the info to Euro Optic, and when I checked the tracking info this morning it stated it had already been delivered to the FFL. That folks is great service. Not making excuses and sitting on orders. I will definitely be ordering from Euro Optic again.

For five stars they had better be good…

For five stars they had better be good to me, and they were. Prompt as promised delivery, great price on the product, and a pleasant experience with sales. I subscribed to their mailing list and I will keep alert for other good opportunities.

Horrible company too work with

Horrible company too work with. Ordered a part last December it finally came in 11.5 months later. When it came in it was in the right box but the wrong part was in the box. It took several days to get the RMA and now they have received it. Customer service is saying it will take several more days to process it back in the system and then 2-12 days to get a refund after that. I paid up front and it will take nearly a 2 to 4 weeks to get a refund.

As you can see by the reply Euro Optic and the Customer Service Dept will do thier best to lay blame on the customer.
I called prior to ordering when I started looking for a barrel and was assured that it would fit.
There were zero updates on status throughout the 11 month order process and I had to email to find out that my refund was being mailed by check versus on CC due to length of back order.
I bought through them because they were slightly cheaper and got what I paid for. Head aches and a company that lays the blame on the Customer. All I got from ArI was this is your fault multiple times. I have never worked with a company that customer service was so persistent on blaming the customer.
The only thing that was later admitted was I called Benenlli to find out what to do since the correct barrel was discontinued.. This was the only way I found out about the barrel was incorrect part number and a different part number was needed... not through the not so great customer support of Euro Optics.. they seemed more persistent in blaming me instead of helping...
I was asked to remove this review and after responding I would remove the review once this was dealt with in a timely manner I would change the review. The response from Euro Optic was not rcvd back via email but through this review...
I will leave it to the consumer to decide. But myself and euro optics will part ways mainly due to the way Ari handled the whole situation.
Lesson learned the hard way..

Mike bent me over hard!!

I had a problem with my purchase from salesman Mike and had trouble getting help. After calling and emailing a few times, the owner of the store heard about my experience and made it right. Thank you so much!! I can now go back to loving this store.

Professional and fast

This Company is the right one you want to make a dill with it. Jason help me to find my right riflescope and the rings for my Remington 700 ADL and he spend a lot of times helping me without problem doing that. I am very happy having my new scope installed on my rifle and ready to hit the range.

Be careful and read the fine print!

Be careful and read the fine print. Ordered scope and rings on a Thursday and paid extra for second day air so I could get them on Saturday. Got shipping notice that they would arrive 4 days later. Would have gotten them the same time paying nothing extra. To rub salt in the wound the item was advertised as "We pay the sales tax". They charged me tax on the shipping and wouldn't discuss a credit for either. Very condescending customer service representative.
I guess they are technically right. If you search enough on their website it does say that second day air shipping is 2 business days. No explanation for why they charged tax on the shipping even though it was advertised as "they pay the sales tax".

Worth the phonecall. These folks know firearms and Optics

I have purchased 3 rifles and 3 scopes since 2018. They know the product they sell and they have an acute knowledge of Firearms and optics. I won't go anywhere else. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
